Delivery Information

All orders over £95 require a signature on delivery for security reasons. Fjewellery Limited may choose to send certain orders via Express Delivery even if you have not chosen it (at no extra cost to you). This would typically occur with orders for larger or heavier items such as clocks and jewellery boxes. This is a guaranteed next working day delivery after despatch - a Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Express is a next day delivery service for selected orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed 2PM Monday to 2PM Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed between 3PM Friday and 3PM Sunday, will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Delivery usually takes place between 8AM – 6PM. Orders for express delivery will need to be signed for.

Please note, delivery times to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles will vary and may take longer than expected, even if Express Delivery is selected.
