2. - Request the free postage label;
3. - When we receive the item, we will issue a refund or arrange the replacement if requested.

All our items above £500 will come with a complimentary Authenticity Certificate / Insurance Valuation stating the recommended retail price for insurance replacement.

Professional gemmologists and jewellery experts do our valuations, members of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-a) and National Association of jewellers (NAJ).

The certificate will include a detailed description of the jewellery including metal type, gemstone information, measurements etc.

We have a flexible layaway policy to help our customers to spread the cost. With this scheme, we require a payment of 25% to secure the item for you, and then you will have three months to pay the balance. We are using PayPal invoices to collect payments. Once the item is paid in full, it will be dispatched next day delivery.

- BANK TRANSFER

We also accept bank transfers. If you prefer to pay this way, please message us for further information, and we can provide you with our bank details.

- 0% INTEREST-FREE CREDIT

If you would like to have the item now but pay later, you can choose to pay with PayPal credit. With this option, you will have 4 months with 0% interest to pay when you spend more than £99.
