REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
• Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanges within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Goods must be returned unused, in flawless condition and with all original packaging at initial shipping; thus, you are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your control.
• We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered unless they do not much the description or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
• Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address displayed on the order.
You might be surprised to know that most of the people remember about their finger size after choosing the ring. So, if you don't know your finger size, don't panic it is fine, we are here to help you. We have created chart with most popular finger sizes and their equivalent in mm. You can take one of your rings and measure the diameter with ruler or take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, make a mark than measure the string, this will be your inside circumference. If the ring you like is not coming in your finger size, please contact us and our professional craftsman will re- size it for you or we will place a special order for you. If the ring you receive is still wrong size, don't worry, we have a flexible exchange policy.
As a general rule I would say that your bracelet should be 1 to 2cm longer than the circumference of your wrist. The easiest way to measure circumference of your wrist is to use 'tailors tape measure', if you don't have one just use a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist 1cm above your hand, make a mark where the string crosses and then measure with ruler.
